Adverbs of Quantity or Degree

Basic objective of this lecture is to present on Adverbs of Quantity or Degree. Adverbs of Quantity shows how much, or in what degree or to what extent. Example: He was too careless; the sea is very stormy; I am rather busy; these mangos are almost ripe etc. The adverb which tells about a reason is called adverb of reason. Example: He is hence unable to refute the charge; he therefore left school etc.
