Judicial Interpretation

Judicial interpretation describes how a Judge interprets laws. Different judges read the laws of their state in different approaches. Some judges are thought to interpret laws with techniques that cannot be sustained because of the plain meaning with the law; at various other times, some judges are thought to “legislate from the bench”. Judicial interpretation is a theory or function of thought that explains the way the judiciary should interpret legal issues, particularly constitutional documents and legislation.
