Meditation is a simple start of meditation could take us to the highest level of success. Meditation improves our health conditions and makes or mind alert and makes us confident and a confident and healthy person can achieve huge success in life.

Meditation is like sitting at the shore of the ocean of your mind and just watching the waves come and go.

Meditation comes from Father Thomas Keating, who says that meditation is like sitting down in the lap of G-d and being with the divine. It is that “which is quiet, transcendent lives in the stillness of our hearts,” she says. Of course, being religious is not a must for meditation.

The benefits of meditating are much touted by those already undertaking it daily or regularly. People have different reasons for wanting to meditate, from quelling the internal chatter, getting to know one better, finding calm and a sense of grounding, enforced restful contemplation or tying it to one’s faith. Whatever your reason for wanting to meditate, it can be daunting to know how to begin and stay motivated.

Meditation for beginners:

Let me start on meditation exercise is an excellent introduction to meditation beginners:

1. Sit or lie comfortably. You may even want to invest in a meditation chair.

2. Close your eyes.

3. Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally.

4. Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation. Notice the movement of your body as you breathe.

5 Once your practice is through, spend 2-3 minutes feeling appreciative of the opportunity to practice and your mind’s ability to focus.

6 Make sure it is not the same room where you do work, exercise, or sleep. Place candles and other spiritual paraphernalia in the room to help you feel at ease.
