Underlying Dimensions of City Bus Service Quality

Main objective of this article is Exploring Underlying Dimensions of City Bus Service Quality. For the purpose of exploring the underlying dimensions of the city bus service quality, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted with varimax rotation. First of all, it is necessary to determine if the exploratory factor analysis was appropriate to be conducted here. Here the first factor explains 16.886% of the total variation, the second factor explains 14.891% of the total variation, and both the factor can explain 31.776% of the total variation. In the same direction of interpretation, the all the five factors selected can explain 66.417% of the total variation. This variation is higher than 60%, which is suggested as the standard benchmark as a rule of thumb.
