This article focus on Piaget’s Model of Cognitive Development. Piaget introduced a number of other important concepts. According to Piaget, cognitive development comes about from two processes: edition and equilibrium. Adaptation involves the child’s changing to meet up with situational demands. Adaptation entails two sub‐processes: assimilation and also accommodation. Assimilation is use of previous concepts to new concepts.
