The main purpose of this report is to know the overall operational performance analysis of the ONE Bank Limited, through different aspects of the banking sector and its effectiveness in this regard. Other objectives are explain overall banking functions of the ONE Bank and analyze the disbursement and recovery performance of Loans and Advances. Finally identify some weakness and problem in successful/effective Credit Management system and suggest some solution to over come the problems.
