It is a broadly described annual report of Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the year of 2014-2015. During the financial year, The Company’s total revenue (net of excise) was Rs. 508,022 million as against Rs. 445,235 million in the previous year. Profit before tax (PBT) was Rs. 48,682 million against Rs. 36,585 million showing an increase of 33 percent and profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 37,112 million against Rs. 27,830 million in the previous year is showing an increase of 33 percent.
The board recommends a dividend of Rs. 25 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended 31st March 2015 amounting to Rs. 7,552 million.
