The main objective of this proposal will be, to express the practical experience by working in a division and to link the theoretical knowledge with its application in the real life situation. The objective of the first part of this proposal is to familiarize with the compensation practices of banking industry.Other objectives of this reports are to identify the different types of compensation practice method and find out the level of satisfaction of employees.
