Human Resource Division of AB Bank is one of the most valuable departments with the responsibilities of staffing, training and development, organization development, performance appraisals, rewarding, control and maintenance etc. With the start of ABBL’s banking operation the Human Resource Division (HRD) was not in a strong position and structured as it is now. The HRD of ABBL consists of fourteen competent and experienced executives to carry out the whole responsibilities. The Human Resource Division of ABBL stands in its Head Office at BCIC Bhaban under the direct supervision of the top management.
