An Interview – A procedure designed to obtain information from a person through oral responses to oral inquiries. It is a formal meeting in which one or more persons question, consult, or evaluate another person. It is a formal discussion between a hirer and an applicant or candidate. An interview is a conversation between two or more people where questions are asked by the interviewer to elicit facts or statements from the interviewee.
