Community Practice

A community practice is several grouped people who share significant or appreciation for something they will do, and figure out how to do it better as they interact regularly. This kind of definition reflects the particular fundamentally social characteristics of human learning. It relates to a street gang, whose members figure out how to survive in the hostile world, and a group of engineers who figure out how to design better devices or several grouped civil servants who seek to boost service to citizens.
