Agrani bank, in pursuance of Bangladesh banks order 1972 (P.O. No-26 of 1972) came into being in 1971 taking over the assets and liabilities of the east while Habib bank ltd. And commerce bank ltd. functioning in the then East Pakistan. Customer services is the supply of service in order to customers before, during and following a purchase. Accordingly, it could vary by product, service, industry as well as individual customer. The perception of success of such interactions relies on employees “who may adjust themselves on the personality of the guest”.
