Generally Emotional intelligence is the ability to monitor one’s own and also other people’s emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and content label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to information thinking and behavior. Studies have demostrated that people with high EI have greater mental health, exemplary job effectiveness, and more potent leadership skills.
