Principle objective of this report is to analyze Effectiveness of Internal communication at British American Tobacco Bangladesh. BATB, the leading cigarette manufacturer in the country with more than 50% market share operates efficiently with more than 1300 workers. By this report you can find out how the employee perceive these tools, a survey was carried out with both the management and non-management employees to be taken into account with the help of questionnaire in both English and Bangla.
