Here briefly explain Communication process: Source, Message, Channel of Communication, Receivers etc. and Promotional activities: Advertising, Personal Selling, Public Relations, Publicity, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing etc. Direct Marketing is usually a promotional element that uses direct communication with consumers to build a response by means of an order, a request for further information, or a visit to a retail outlet. Marketing Communications is the idea of designing marketing communications programs that coordinate all promotional activities to produce a consistent message over all audiences.
