Store Brand

Store Brand is an item offered for sale under a store’s own label. It is a brand, usually for multiple products and usually unadvertised, for products only sold at a particular group of retail outlets. It’s goods are generally cheaper than national-brand goods, because the retailer can optimize the production to suit consumer demand and reduce advertising costs. Store brand is the only brand in which the retailer has the full responsibility of control such as development, sourcing, warehousing, merchandising and marketing.
