There is hardly any consensus on the meaning of leadership. Some view leadership as ‘getting others to follow’. This is also viewed as the process of ‘getting people to do things willingly’. Leadership, in the political perspective, is the art and science of motivating the people toward fight against an imaginary enemy or toward achieving undefined and unattainable ideology or both.
