Attitudes and Job Satisfaction

Principle purpose of this study is to present on Attitudes and Job Satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an emotional response to a job situation. As such it cannot be seen, it can only be inferred. Job satisfaction is often determined by how well outcome meet or exceed expectations. Attitudes and Job Satisfaction is a  important part in Organization Behavior. Attitude is a Evaluative statements or judgments concerning objects, people or events. Keeping employees engaged and satisfied takes more than just good pay and benefits.
