Report on Customer Satisfaction of Grameen Phone

The purpose of this project report is to analysis the customer Satisfaction and loyalty of GrameenPhone and focus on the reasons for the gap between loyal and disloyal customers if it exists. Other objectives are determine the risk of switching from GrameenPhone to any other mobile phone companies, including the reasons for switching. Finally identify customer’s perception of the product. To verify whether the customer’s perception match with the pre-purchase expectation.
