I hope you are doing great in health, I am a student of (Subject and Department name) and (semester Name). I am writing this letter to you so that I can request you to change my course from (Present Subject and Department name) to (Required/expected Subject and Department name). The problem is that I have passed these one/two/ three semesters with a lot of difficulties, the staff here usually do not listen to your request, the teachers here are careless about studies, they always give you tasks about topics we are unaware of.
