As the Managing Director of this company, I was disappointed and humiliated through the performances and behavior of some (name of employees if needed….) employees who joined the meeting on (date….) The discourtesy proven to (That employees) was unforgivable. Some employees not just talked incessantly during our speaker’s address and also exhibited the height involving rudeness by leaving the auditorium prior to a completion of his conversation. To anyone who is guilty of those actions, I want you to know that such behavior are not tolerated by this corporation.

It distresses me also Share Holders to have to write a message along these lines to you, and I certainly hope and trust who’s will never again be necessary.
