With due Respect, I am Father of (student name) who is studying in your well-known college. He/she is in grade 11 (Subject/group) Roll No….. I am a businessman (profession…) and due to economical upheaval my business (profession name…) went into static harsh depression. I do not want to get my child out of this school due to financial reasons but I cannot stomach the conveyance fee and thus requesting you to shift my child to the nearby branch of your college in my vicinity.
