I am writing this letter to you to make a complaint regarding my clothes which I sent last week (Date). I am your old and loyal customer and I never had any issue with your service. Last week (Date) I called at your laundry store to get my clothes picked up. Your man came and took the clothes along with the list having the number of clothes.
