Sub: Letter for Renting Space

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you because I know that you have some free space at one of your locations. (News source, newspaper, billboard etc).  I would like to rent out that space if that is what you are planning. (Purpose of rent, personal room, office room/restaurant etc). I need the extra space for storing the things that I don’t use anymore but I can’t get rid of them. This is because my business partner is moving in with me so I have to move some of my things to make space for his things.

I would really appreciate it if you could let me rent it out I will pay monthly with a month in advance. This would save me the trouble of having to sell my things as they have sentimental value.

Kind regards,

Sub: Rental proposal letter

I am writing this letter to inform you about my interest in renting your shop in (Shopping complex name, shop name, and number) on (Area name and address).

I own a garment accessories business (Business type) and already have several shops throughout the city. Your shop on (Address and area name) came into my notice a few days ago and renting it sounded a profitable affair for my business as it will help me in an expansion.

Your shop provides an ideal space for setting up a garment store (Business type) as it has adequate space which is quite essential because we have a lot of walk-in customers. Once you approve our rental proposal, I am planning to buy the furniture according to space itself. However, I guarantee no damage or harm to your property during this installation.

As I am quite aware of the market trend nowadays, I would like to offer a rental lease of (Amount of money) per annum. I would also like to bring to your notice some of the repair work that your shop requires. However, if we do it on our own cost then we would be keen to ask for a rent-free period. The complete proposal is herewith enclosed with the letter.

If the proposal suits you, kindly call me at (Contact info) so that we can set up a meeting and discuss things further.

Sincerely,
