Most respectfully, I want to bring in your kind observe that (student’s name…) has been suffering from high fever and throat infection from last one month (state your problem or disease description). On his/her doctor’s strict suggestion he/she was on bed rest until he/she is fully recovered. She/he was to be operated but owing to severe weaknesses due to constant fever conditions, it was delayed.
Now as he/she is in improved health, she is going to join his/her school again by start of upcoming month. Kindly let him/her joins the classes. His/her medical certificate is attached with the application. I hope that you will gratify the request. I would be really grateful to you.
