Banksia violacea, typically referred to as violet banksia, is often a species of shrub or tree inside plant genus Banksia. It generally grows to be a small shrub to at least one. 5 m excessive with fine narrow leaves, and is the most suitable known for it is unusually coloured dim purple-violet inflorescences. The color of the inflorescences, quick leaves, and flattened follicles which are sticky when younger, help identify this kind of species from others inside field.
