Boletus badius, also known as the bay bolete, is usually an edible, pored mushroom obtained in Europe and The united states, where it evolves in coniferous or maybe mixed woods in the grass or on decaying tree stumps, from time to time in prolific volumes. Both the common and scientific names talk about the bay or maybe chestnut coloured cover, which is almost spherical in youthful specimens before extending and flattening out to a diameter up to help 15 cm.
