Radiation Chemistry

Prime objective of this lecture is to present Radiation, in terms of Chemistry. Radiation is the emission and propagation of energy in the form of waves, rays or particles. Examples: A burning candle emits radiation in the form of heat and light. This lecture also briefly describe on the transfer of heat in rays, from a hot object, without needing a medium to pass through, how it travels in all directions from a hot object and how the hotter an object is, the more heat it will radiate out
