Speech Intelligence Transfer in Interactive Control Systems

General objective of this thesis is to analysis the processes of speech intelligence transfer in interactive control systems. Other objectives are explain the selection of the mathematical models for the compression adaptable difference kinds and development of an algorithm and methods for estimation of the quality of compression and restoring a speech signal for the selected model and the method of encoding. Finally focus on reduction of information when using the digital presentation of speech signal and development of the soft or hardware means of the compression and restoring of signals for the systems of control and speech intelligence transfer.
