Endometriosis is an illness in which tissue that usually grows inside the uterus grows outside the uterus. Its major symptoms are pelvic pain and sterility. Nearly half have chronic pelvic pain, while in seventy percent pain happens during menstruation. Pain with sex is also general. Infertility happens in up to half of people. Less general symptoms include urinary or bowel symptoms. About twenty percent of women have no symptoms.
