2.       When people become disabled, It is very difficult the returning   their former work CRP tries very hard to restore disabled people to their previous job.

Personal observations:

General Outlook of our society is to take the disabled as a burden- CRP being the most humanitarians organization in our country is trying its best of change this misconcept. It not only treat and rehabilitate the disable people but devotes all its attention to make them useful for the society. All of its services are regardless of patients economic means. Its holistic approach attempts to consider the patients physical, emotional, social and economic needs, during and following treatment. Both affection and attention of the employee for each and every patient in this organization is praiseworthy.

Conclusion:

According to the statistics of World Health Organization about 130 million people in Bangladesh, are disabled which covers almost 10% of total population. Victims of RTA, industrial accident, fall from height, stroke, illness, spinal cord injury may develop paraplegia in most cases, get special treatment and care from CRP according to their need. Children wit disabilities, particularly cerebral palsy demand special treatment for return to their normal life. Regarding his situation CRP invariably plays a great role. Government should give adequate support to it and many more organizations like CRP should be established to meet the increasing demand of the disabled.
