Differential Psychology is the branch of psychology. It is dealing with the study of characteristic differences or variations of groups or individuals, especially through the use of analytic techniques and statistical methods. It focus on the differences that make individuals or groups unique. It also focus on classification of individuals rather than viewing each individual on a continuum. Differential psychology is typically includes personality, motivation, intelligence, ability, IQ, interests, values, self-concept, self-efficacy, and self-esteem.
