Human Rights and Bangladesh Constitution

Human Rights are the most important things in International law. Bangladesh constitution greatly deals with human rights from article 8 to 44. This Rights as contained in the International Bill of Human Rights, enjoying the status of International Law is the international and national standard of all aspects of the human behavior. It is the charter of Rights for mankind and so any violation of this Rights anywhere is the concern of everybody everywhere. This view has been confirmed by the recent world conference on Human being Rights in the Vienna Declaration 1993,Where it has been said that the Human Rights are universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated.
