Planning for Childrens Education after Divorce

Planning for childrens education is important, even if your sons or daughters are very young after you divorce. While many states in the united kingdom do not require that child assistance payments continue past age 18 or 19 should the child is still in school, some states include laws that permit child support orders to include provisions that address investing in college. Even if the former spouse is usually an honorable person which takes responsibility for the kids seriously, oral commitments are not enforceable.
