General objective of this report is to analysis Prospects and Problems of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in Bangladesh Comparing Five Colleges of Dhaka Metropolis Area to Five Colleges of Narsingdi and Gazipur. This Communicative Method is identified worldwide already, yet there are a few problems in this method. It needs a favorable environment for example small class size, suitable content selection, long duration of class, audio-video or computer facilities and first and foremost trained & efficient educators etc. But most of the next world countries can’t afford the concerning amenities entirely to the classroom. That’s why the CLT can’t work properly continuously.
