Participatory democracy is direct democracy, within the sense that almost citizens are actively associated with all important judgements. Participatory democracy strives to make opportunities for all members of any population to create meaningful contributions to decision-making, and seeks to broaden the product range of folks who suffer from access to this kind of opportunities. Participatory democracy is a process emphasizing the broad participation of constituents within the direction and operations of political systems.
