A corporate social entrepreneur (CSE) is defined as “an employee on the company who operates in a socially entrepreneurial way; identifying opportunities regarding and/ or championing socially responsible activity; in inclusion to helping the actual firm achieve it is business targets. The corporate social entrepreneur operates regardless of an organizational context which is pre-disposed towards corporate social responsibility (CSR).
