Revenue Model is generally used for mid and long-term projections of a company’s profit potential and operation. It identifies which revenue source to pursue, what value to offer, how to price the value, and who pays for the value and also it is a key component of a company’s business model. It is available to a firm depends, in large part, on the activities the firm performs, and how it charges for those. Revenue models have 9 basic components.
