Now a day we are losing buyer due to quality, gender discrimination, below salary range and political environment. Country has huge manpower but not skilled. The main objectives of this report is to know about various Human Resource functions as Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation Management etc of Section Seven Limited and to know about the company’s proper rules and regulations.
