Co-Determination

Co-Determination

Co-determination can be a practice whereby the employees have a very role in management of a company. In systems using co-determination the employees are given seats in some sort of board of company directors in one-tier managing systems or seats in a supervisory board in addition to sometimes management table in two-tier managing systems. In one-tier programs with co-determination this employees usually have just one or two representatives in some sort of board of company directors.
