Principle objective of this article is to define Organization Design. Organization Design is the system in which a management achieves the right combined differentiation and integration with the organization’s operations, in response to the degree of uncertainty in its additional environment. An organization’s composition is defined by the configuration and interrelationships connected with positions and departments. Organizational design may be the creation or change of an organization’s structure. The organization design of an company reflects its efforts to interact to changes, integrate new elements, ensure collaboration, and make it possible for flexibility.
