It  is the way organisations, companies and individuals communicate with the public and media. It’s the key to effective communication in all sectors of business, government, academic and not-for-profit. It is a management function which evaluates public attitudes, identifies the policies and procedures of an individual or an organisation with the public interest, and plans and executes a program of action to earn public understanding and acceptance.
