Daily Huddle Agenda [Not Exceeding 15 Minutes]

(1) Updates From Your Area. These are important subjects and group worthy. Groups that have nothing significant to report are at liberty to honor time and mention “No Important Updates.”

(2) Metrics [given below is an example of a leadership team].

  • sales and profits for the upcoming three months.
  • leading indicator [3 months down the line what is the metric which provides information about how the business will be doing?]

(3) pending items. What are the problems faced by the team that can be resolved by others or help with or should be aware of?

The staff invited to attend the daily huddle is expected to have all the information in hand and provide data to the department as requested.

Daily Classroom Schedule For Toddler’s

8:30 AM To 8:45 AM — Arrival.

9 AM to 10:15 AM — Choice time activities which may include the following:

Playdough.

Sand/water table.

Tiny manipulatives such as puzzles, blocks and stacking pegs.

Dramatic play area — musical instruments, housekeeping, dress-up, puppets, Etc.

Reading/quiet corner.

Scientific discovery — cooking and gardening.

Gross motor activities — rocking boat and balls.

10:15 AM to 10:25 AM — clean up.

10:25 AM to 10:35 AM — circle time which can include singing, dancing, reading, games, storytelling, and finger plays.

10:35 AM to 10:45 AM — hand washing and snacks.

10:45 AM to 11:15 AM — outdoor activities on the playground which may include nature, obstacle course, gross motor play, and balls.

11:15 AM to 11:25 AM — bathroom and hand washing.

11:25 AM to 11:45 AM — lunch.

11:50 AM to 12 PM — pack up lunch, diapering, closing song or stories and saying goodbye.

Diapering and toileting will occur at scheduled times as well as whenever needed. The school will be working with the parents during the process of toilet training.
