Evangelism marketing is usually recognized as word-of mouth-marketing, and relies on clients to convey marketing messages to other probable clients. When someone recommends a new restaurant they liked, a pair of shoes that was mostly relaxed, or a mechanic who offers truthful service, they are acting as “consumer evangelists.” Evangelism marketing is occasionally confused with affiliate marketing.
