Here also explain different types of Attitudes: Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement, Organizational Commitment and Employee Engagement. Lecture also focus on Attitudes and Workforce Diversity, Job Satisfaction and Causes of Job Satisfaction. Finally discuss and differentiate the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.
