Major objective of this presentation is to Measuring Service Quality, of a rent a car company. Main focus of this presentation, is to determine the level of satisfaction: Customer’s rental car experience, the rental process, vehicle preferences. The alternative or instead of email survey, here use other sorts of ways to communicate making use of their actual customer and obtain customers satisfaction information. The alternative ways shows below: Telephonic study, Online survey and Concentration group interviews.
