Objectives of Services Marketing are offer services or products that are targeted to meet customer demand and present services or products to customers so as to maximize their appeal. This article also explain some characteristics of services, they are: intangibility of services, inseparability of services from service providers, difficulty of standardizing services, high degree of customer involvement in services and perishability of services. Finally define and analysis Shorter Channels, Franchised Channels and Customization of Services.
