Organizational culture is the behavior of humans in a organization and this is that people attach to those behaviors. In line with Needle, organizational culture represents the group values, beliefs and rules of organizational members and is a product associated with such factors as history, product, marketplace, technology and method, type of workers, management style, and national culture. Culture includes the business’ vision, values, norms, techniques, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs, and behaviors.
