A Visit to Science Exhibition

The exhibition is the showing or displaying of some art or specified set of items. An exhibition means a public show of various kinds of articles either for their publicity or for teachings. Nowadays, painters have to display their paintings to bring them to the notice of the people. Man is by nature curious to know the unknown. The exhibition provides some ground to satisfy this need.

A science fair is generally a competition where contestants present their science project results in the form of a report, display board, and models that they have created. Exhibitions can be classified into a number of classes. One classification is national and the other is international exhibitions. In the national exhibitions goods of the country are displayed. Goods of different countries are exhibited in international exhibitions. Exhibitions of social nature are also held. Such exhibitions are industrial, agricultural, medical, art, and painting exhibitions. And science exhibitions are one of them. A science exhibition is generally organized by the science clubs of the educational institutions.

I had an occasion to visit science exhibitions organized by the science club of Notre Dame College. All the rooms of the exhibition are decorated with charts. These projects chose novelty and attracted tourists. It was arranged in three big rooms in the college building. The exhibition was opened to all kinds of visitors when I went to visit the exhibition in the evening. The whole compound was beautifully decorated and illuminated. I was simply astonished to see the inventive brains of the students of the college. What I am most interested in is the work of people who display and operate using electricity. I truly see the workings of the heart, the digestive system, other organs of the body. I am very acquainted with myself when I go home.

Science fairs allow students in secondary schools and higher secondary schools to compete in science, and technology activities. The models of different appliances invented by college students are worth-seeing. I saw everything exhibited with much curiosity and interest. What interested me the most was the working of the human body displayed and operated with electricity. I wondered seeing the inventive mind and brain of our student friends. Actually, it was a nice experience for me. The working of the heart, digestive system, and other organs of the body were really to the eyes. There were numerous posters hanging on the walls. These posters contained maps, charts, pictures, diagrams, tables and statements, and research reports, in a nut-shell, of various scientific research scholars. I returned home quite enriched in knowledge.

In consideration of its value more and more science exhibition should be held in almost all of our educational institutions. By arranging the science fair, any country can create its new possible scientists. So, the government should take steps regularly to create our new scientists.
