The Night Before the Examination
The night before an exam is very important as it is one of the determiners of the success of the exam. The night before an examination is really fearful of almost all the examinees. Most of the students appearing at the examination suffer from anxiety the night before the examination. Usually, most of the students get panicked at night before an exam. They become panic-stricken.
Different types of students have different experiences at the night before the examination. But it is true that most of the students are filled with tension and feeling of uncertainty. But it is very important to stay relax and calm at night before an exam. The students who have neglected their studies throughout the year and those who were careless about their books become impatient before the night of examination. There are some do’s that can positively affect the result of an exam. For example, a student should take a proper but light meal before the exam night. He should avoid coffee, tea, and other beverages which will hamper the sleep. Many examinees take cups of tea one after another to keep them awake and start reading. But they feel feverish and in the morning they go to the examination hall with a mind full of fear and feeling of sickness. There are some examinees who are found busy in cutting pages of books, writing answers in small-sized papers for copying in the examination hall. Schedule a question-answer review with a friend can be beneficial. But a student should not waste his time by gossiping and chatting with friends. Many students have examination phobia. They are always afraid of examination. They pass a sleepless night. They move at this side or that side of their bed.
But some students who have studied throughout the whole year very carefully do not get nervous. They revise their prepared answers to the probable questions as usual and go to the examination hall without tension. They go to sleep as usual. They do not feel anxiety. A student can try to figure out the weak points and can have a look before going to bed. It will increase his confidence level. They answer the questions to the point and do well in the examination. In fact, you should be able to relax a little and you should also have time to get organized for the big day.
The most important thing is before exam one should keep himself calm and hold his confidence in achieving success. It can not be denied that the night before an examination is fearful to almost all the students. More or less, every student suffers from anxiety, panic, and nervousness. If you’ve prepared well for the exam, the night before the exam shouldn’t be too stressful. To avoid the situation, all the students should study seriously and carefully from the beginning of the session and also should attend the classes regularly.
